To obtain a pronouncement, the form "Bird Rarities Report" should be filled in and delivered to the address of the Commission's chairman. After the pronouncement is given, it will be published on the proper page of this web site; furthermore, to foreign observers it will be sent by e-mail, and the printed form will remain in the Commission's archives.
The observer is entitled to appeal - for this purpose please write a separate letter headed: "Appeal against the pronouncement in the case No .... (species)".
